Job Descriptions:
1. Execution of Banquet Event Orders for business meetings and social events
2. Responsible for all aspects of logistics for each function – décor, entertainment, etc. and identifying vendors for each
3. Ensure opening and closing side work is completed by the service staff on an ongoing and consistent basis
4. Maintain a high energy, positive attitude and professional appearance

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates
3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
4. Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor
